Todays lunch by my lonesome was Cedarlane’s Garden Vegetable Lasagna. Cedarlane can be pretty hit or miss when it comes to some of their frozen choices. This particular dish lands somewhere in between. I made sure to follow the microwave instructions of 5 minutes of heating time and allowing it 2 minutes to cool. After getting to the bottom layer of my lasagna I was disappointed to find out it was still a bit cold. 

Besides it not being all the way warm and the difficulty I had keeping the slippery noodles on my fork it was pretty good. The fronzen freshness and combination of flavors reminded my of how my mom used to make it. Just kidding! My mom is a terrible cook, it was much better than hers.
